Why therapy or coaching?

Strand golven

Do these thoughts ever cross your mind?

  • Who am I, and what do I truly value?

  • Why do my relationships with others often feel strained?

  • Where do these depressed feelings come from?

  • Why do I often feel restless or tense in my body?

  • Why does my job no longer feel satisfactory?

  • Am I in the right place of work?

  • How can I prevent myself from feeling overwhelmed or ending up in burnout?

With these and other questions, you have come to the right place. Recurring thoughts, feelings, or physical complaints are signals from your psyche that you are not completely balanced and that attention is needed for what lies beneath—the undercurrent.

Exploring yourself in this way can be daunting, but also fascinating. Gaining clarity about the root causes of your complaints helps them gradually diminish on their own—or even disappear. As a result, you feel better about yourself, allowing you to enjoy life more and perform better at work.

My vision

To be honest, I believe everyone can benefit from therapy or a coaching journey at some point in life. I say this not only as a psychologist but, more importantly, as someone with lived experience. Exploring the experiences I carry with me and understanding how they have shaped me has been invaluable—not just personally, but professionally as well.

Everything I offer in my practice is something I have first experienced myself as a client. My guiding principle is that I can only be truly effective as a psychologist and trauma therapist if I also understand how vulnerable the client’s position can be. At the same time, my own experiences have shown me the profound personal growth that therapy can foster, which continues to fuel my passion for this profession every day.
